If you are a commercial property broker or agent, we are happy to pay you for every completed property referral, which could provide you with an excellent additional income and give your client a feature-laden, well-kept commercial property to grow their business. Pall Mall Estates’ agent referral scheme promises to pay a 10% fee on any successful referral resulting in a letting agreement.

Each 10% agent referral fee is paid on the completion of any letting deal as a reward for recommending clients to our commercial property portfolio, which is ever expanding from London to Manchester and Birmingham to Gloucester. We are continually evaluating our portfolio of business space and ensuring we provide your clients with future-proof commercial properties in the most beneficial areas of industry and commerce across the UK.
